1. Introduction & Our Role

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Net Connectly website and our advisory services, which are wned and operated by A H Z.

Our Independent Status: Net Connectly is an independent information and phone assistance service owned and operated by A H Z. We provide information and assistance to customers in Australia regarding internet, NBN, Wi-Fi, mobile services and general telecommunications-related questions. Net Connectly is an independent information and phone assistance service. We are not a telecommunications provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by nbn co or any specific mobile carrier.

2. Accuracy of Information

The Australian NBN market is highly dynamic, with frequent price and infrastructure changes, such as the July 2026 wholesale price hikes. While we strive to provide the most current and "jargon-free" advice, we cannot guarantee the 100% real-time accuracy of third-party NBN plans or network availability at all times. Any advice provided is for informational purposes and should be verified with the relevant RSP before you commit to a plan.

3. Limitation of Liability

In accordance with the 2026 ACL standards, our liability is limited to the resupply of our advisory services. Because we do not provide the actual internet connection, Net Connectly cannot be held responsible for network outages, speed fluctuations, or billing disputes between you and your chosen ISP. We provide guidance "with due care and skill," but the technical performance of your NBN connection is the sole responsibility of your service provider.

4. Governing Law

Primary Strategy: The "Clear Distinction"

The ACCC is currently prioritizing "essential services" monitoring in 2026. To stay ahead, ensure your "Call Now" buttons always lead to a disclaimer that you are an independent advisor. This protects you from the new 2026 penalties for "unfair trading practices" by ensuring your customers are never misled about the nature of your service.
